<사각(死角)의 발견>은 주류의 시선에서 보이지 않는 아름다움을 찾기 위한 즉흥연주 프로젝트이다.
작가주의 재즈뮤지션 김창현이 리드하는 본작 [theosophy]에서는 앙상블 속 더 깊은 영적공간에서 소리의 울림을 통한 신비로운 경험을 함께하는 정상적 의식의 초월을 그리고 있다.
정상적 의식의 초월은 자연의 신비와 인간의 내적 본질에 대한 질문으로 이어지고, 다소 획일화된 우리 음악계와 획일적인 사고(思考)를 요구하는 우리 사회에 순응하지 않으려는 <사각의 발견>의 전작들과 동일하게 조금 더 풍성한 소리와 사고의 숲을 만들고자 하는 “사각(死角)의 발견”의 의지를 [theosophy]에 담았다.
